As General Manager of leading cyber security consulting business, Aura InfoSec, Peter Bailey’s role comprises of two key functions: maintaining the company’s strong track record in delivering high quality customer service and solutions; and helping businesses of all shapes and sizes understand the need for robust security practices.
Based out of Aura InfoSec’s Wellington offices, Bailey oversees a team of more than 23 experts – all hand-picked from around the world – to deliver a full range of services to Government institutions, SMEs and corporate clients in New Zealand and Australia. This includes consulting services, penetration, red team, Wi-Fi and mobile testing; as well as secure code review and Virtual Security Officer.
Bailey is a respected thought leader in the cyber security industry and is regularly called upon by media and Government to provide both comment and advice. He holds the main relationship on the all-of-government security panel and is also part of a government advisory group focused on the skills shortage in the security industry.
