With more than 20 years’ experience as an human resources professional within facilities services businesses, André is seasoned at supporting leaders through people solutions. His exposure has been at a senior leadership level, which has given me invaluable insight into understanding the strategic context when developing both recruitment and human resources solutions.
He is accustomed to dealing with everything from grass-roots employment relations issues to long-term business planning, and have lengthy exposure to large unionised workforces, collective barging processes, employment disputes, engagement matters and the development of effective corporate cultures.
Having been involved in senior to mid-level recruitment within the Facilities Management field both in New Zealand and abroad, André is well versed in understanding the rigor of senior FM portfolios, and at attracting and evaluating suitable candidates able to practically contribute to business capability.
