James Harrop

James Harrop’s career spans over 15 years leading and mobilising Contracts, Property and Asset Management and Utility Construction for diverse companies in Perth, Sydney, and the UK.

James is a respected leader with the ability to influence others at all levels. He has developed and implemented business strategy to achieve sustainability, business growth and cultural change.

He has held senior roles for Spotless in PPP (Public Private Partnership) at ICC Sydney and WA Schools. James has held General Manager roles in Property Services, Operations, and Business Development Management roles for British Gas (UK), Places for People (UK) and ATCO Gas (WA).

Through his experience in working in regulated industries in the PPP sector, public and social housing sector, commercial and infrastructure utilities he has developed skills to navigate complex contractual arrangements to deliver improved business outcomes.
