A true believer in positively influencing the wellbeing of family, community, and environment by creating healthier, safer workplaces and cultures.
Robyn has worked for multinational and multi-risk corporates, both globally and in New Zealand. This has given her extensive experience in Health and Safety management and senior management, particularly in high risk industries. Working at board level, she has also gained significant strategic and operational experience.
During her 20 years’in the industry, she has remained passionate about motivating people and developing simple tools to create happy, healthy work environments. Robyn believes we can positively influence the wellbeing of family, community, and environment with the creation of healthier, safer workplaces and well cultures.
This highly respected panel of OHS thought-leaders will consider the positive impact mental health and wellbeing have on workers (respectful & collaborative environment, improved work/life balance); and on the business (improved productivity, employer of choice).
The panel will present local and international research on workplace trends and what has/hasn’t worked and helpful guidelines on workplace policies/processes; what it takes to have a good day; followed by a case study workshop.
Learning outcomes will include three things we can do differently going back to work.
