Jenny is passionate about promoting the benefits of New Zealand’s construction sector and NAWIC to women and developing a workforce that reinforces our dynamic industry.

During her 8 years involved with NAWIC at local and Board level, Jenny has focused on diversity and information and creating an even playing field by creating awareness of how NAWIC can support women during their various careers in construction, and encouraging employers as they evolve and diversify.

NAWIC is committed to inspiring women to take up leadership roles in construction and is fostering strong relationships with industry partners to grow our active role across the industry, in all regions.
