1pm-1:45pm Seminar Series - brought to you by Bunnings Trade

Jack Crutzen - Director of PRISMA Facilities Management , Peter Wyatt - Senior Facilities Manager for Metlifecare

Jack Crutzen will advise on the value of FM and AM maturity review and how they give insight into improvement areas in the FM/AM/Procurement and the wider business. Metlifecare got a better understanding of building performance, condition of assets, risks and future spend profiles, and opportunities to optimise most effectively and efficiently. This presentation will present how to engage with senior management, support and influence decision-making, set and support FM strategies to help business growth, which tools and techniques have been used, and how data was presented pragmatically to engage with the wider business. This presentation gives insight into a multi-faceted approach such as: setting strategic objectives, developing a project approach, communication and engagement, building a team for success, collecting and using data and developing FM, AM and maintenance plans, as well as creating procurement benefits. Peter Wyatt will provide the client's perspective and how AM principles have become part of the day to day management and ensure that data stays valid and can be used most effectively.
